DELIVERY; 

Item/s will be dispatched with 24 hours of your order and payment being received or the next business day if your order is received over the weekend or on a public holiday. 

Due to the high volume of orders during seasonal periods, processing and shipping times may be slightly delayed. Our team are working hard to make sure you get your Hamper Republic Hamper as soon as possible.

SHIPPING PROCESS; You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped - this can take up to 24 hours to become active.

STANDARD SHIPPING 

  • The average time for standard shipping is between 1-4 business days in Metro areas. (Please note there could be shipping delays as a result of COVID-19)

EXPRESS SHIPPING 

  • The average time for express shipping 1-2 business days in Metro areas. (Please note there could be shipping delays as a result of COVID-19)

  • Hamper Republic cannot be held responsible for delivery delays as a result of the postal service. Please understand that this is out of our control.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Hamper Republic are unable to modify or cancel orders once processed.
  • If your order is returned to sender, a shipping cost of $10 will be required to re-ship.
